Couvreur's ethnography

The Dutch civil servant Jules Couvreur (1900-1970) was stationed on Muna from 1933-1935. During this period he collected information on the history and culture of the island, which formed the basis of his report entitled Ethnografisch Overzicht van Moena (Ethnographic Survey of Muna). This report was written in Dutch and never officially published. The Indonesian translation of this report was published in book form in 2001 under the title Sejarah dan Kebudayaan Kerajaan Muna (History and Culture of the Muna Kingdom). The book is divided into two sections: chapters 1-27 (with introductions), and the six appendices.
